Sara's Quickie - Fresh Mint Tea

One of the fantastic things about our new house is the plethora of edible things that the previous owners have planted on the property. We have a veritable orchard going on her folks, complete with a mini mint field on the west side of the house. Being that it's still cold and dreary here in Los Angeles, I decided this was the perfect opportunity to brew up some Moroccan inspired fresh mint tea! Quick, tasty and just what the DIY doctor ordered. Hm, I kind of like that..."DIY Doctor"...
